Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it

• Unworn or unused

• With all original tags attached

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
